Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Nexus ("Service") at getnexus.dev, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by AuraQuan LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
Nexus provides tools to build, sign, and deploy iOS Shortcuts from Windows without a Mac. The Service includes a free tier and a paid Pro plan ($9/month). Features available under each tier are described on our pricing page.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using Nexus, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getnexus.dev if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $9/month (early access rate locked for your lifetime as a subscriber).
- Billing is processed by Stripe. AuraQuan LLC does not store your payment card information.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Locked early-access rates are honored for continuously active subscribers.

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. We offer a 7-day refund window for new Pro subscribers.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to create shortcuts intended to harm, deceive, or defraud others.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
- Circumvent any technical restrictions or usage limits.
- Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by AuraQuan LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Shortcuts you create using the Service are yours. We claim no ownership over your content.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular feature will remain available. Apple may change the Shortcuts format at any time; we will update the Service as reasonably practicable.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraQuan LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
