AuraQuan LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Nexus at getnexus.dev. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights.

We do not collect or store the content of shortcuts you build. Shortcut files are generated locally or returned directly to you and are not persisted on our servers.

- To provide and improve the Service.
- To process payments and send receipts via Stripe and Resend.
- To send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, password reset, critical service notices).
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

- Cancel your subscription and delete your account.

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS, encrypted storage for sensitive fields, and least-privilege access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
Nexus is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us at privacy@getnexus.dev and we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will notify you by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
