7-Day Guarantee
If Nexus Pro doesn't work for you within the first 7 days, email us and we'll refund your first payment — no questions asked.
Pro Subscriptions
- 7-day refund window: New Pro subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment.
- After 7 days: Subscription charges are non-refundable. You retain access until the end of the billing period.
- Renewals: If you forget to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 48 hours and we'll refund that charge as a one-time courtesy.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@getnexus.dev with:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date of the charge
- A brief description of the issue (optional but helpful)
We process refunds within 3 business days. Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 7 days after the initial charge.
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations.
- Partial-month refunds for mid-period cancellations.
